The channel (NBC Miami), police arrested Joseph Boitner (51 years) in Florida on charges of stealing the ashes of Melissa Williamson, who died in a car accident in 2008.
Police said that the Poynter residence for a period with sister Melissa as likely to bestolen from the ashes shared by her family after the death of her sister in a traffic accident.
Poynter and went to the home of the mother of Williamson and shouted her "I have adaughter dead and the ashes will be inhaled."
Police arrested on charges of theft Poynter.
