Delayed "ambulance" threatened to blow up the building




















Russian citizen threatened to blow up the building waiting for a baby who lives it, after adelayed ambulance access to transport his wife, who is about to give birth to the hospital.


The agency said the Russian Interfax news agency on Wednesday that the incident took place city of Vladivostok on the Pacific coast, after the man asked the ambulance to transport his wife, who suffers from the pain of childbirth to the hospital.


According to Life News Agency that the ambulance did not arrive immediately after thefirst contact, the man repeated the attempt, then informed the authorities that will blowfiftieth kg plastic explosives if the building did not come, "ambulance" on the spot.


Soon, the police responded with dogs trained and used to evacuate the building, but after the inspection did not find any explosives and arrested the man, while his wife was quotedambulance to a nearby hospital.
