Saudi Arabia: Prevent «emo» and «paint» from entering universities and schools

The competent authorities issued directives to prevent the entry students and students ofthe phenomenon of "emo and paints" to universities, schools, and stressed thedepartments of universities and officials of the Ministry of Education to address this phenomenon and take a written pledge not to return offenders to them.
