She said the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay said that amnesty for perpetrators of war crimes and violations of human rights - and according to the Gulf initiative for the transfer of presidential power in Yemen - contrary to international law.
Pillay explained in a statement it followed closely the events in Yemen, and the ongoing debate on the amnesty law will be submitted to parliament soon.
