Obama said he would not use power only in the reforms result in greater efficiency and better service and government can be relied upon, and expressed his desire to merge six agencies in a single agency more effective to promote the competitiveness of exports and American business.
It is noteworthy that the six agencies: the Department of Small and U.S. Trade Representative Office, and the Export-Import Bank, the company private investment abroad, the Agency for Development and Trade, U.S. Department of the basic business and trade in the Ministry of Commerce.
Obama said the promotion of these agencies as well as other programs that will help contractors and companies on growth, competitiveness, employment and support the Ministry and one has a coherent one task is "to stimulate job creation and expansion of the U.S. economy."
