UAE: Pair accused his ex-wife using his sperm without his consent

The Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal considered in its yesterday issue in which a woman accused absolute falsifying official documents to circumvent the use of her husband's sperm frozen animals in a hospital for vaccination without his consent.

The man confessed to his daughter, which amounted to two years, stressing that it is satisfied with the way in which she gave birth to them, especially as he is married to another woman, but at the same time acknowledges paternity of the Born and full rights, and demanded the defense attorney in a memorandum submitted to the court to apply the law to the hospital a penalty committed by of irregularities.

He called the defense the court to compel the Health Authority in Abu Dhabi to send the results of investigations carried out by the hospital, and what emerged from the sanctions, as well as actions taken by the Ministry of Health towards him, and restricted court defense applications, as requested by prosecutors assigned Health Authority to clarify the procedures that have been taken against hospital after administrative investigations that have been taken against him and provide support, and decided to defer the issue to the seventh session of November.
