Ironically, the first stop of his rescue was a police car passing by chance in the same place.
Police said the elements were not able to edit the thief they called rescuers, who were forced to separate mailbox where it is installed.
Thief were taken to the police station and stuck his arm structure of the mailbox, wherehis arm was out there from the Fund.
Police arrested the thief because of this crime and suspicion of having committed other crimes.
