Saudi authorities announced on Tuesday it had arrested two of the 23 required in relation to disturbances in the eastern oil-producing kingdom, while three others handed themselves in to authorities.
State television quoted a statement from the Interior Ministry said that three of the most wanted on charges of "inciting unrest in the eastern region surrendered to security authorities, while two others were arrested."
The Saudi government has ordered the first Monday arrest of 23 wanted accused of "inciting riots" in the eastern region, which took place in recent months sporadic clashes between security forces and groups of young people.
And accuses the authorities wanted to serve the goals of a foreign power, and enumerated the Interior Ministry said in a statement Sunday accusations against these wanted men, the "acts outrageous and communities mob and obstructing traffic and damaging public and private property and possession of firearms and the shooting of citizens and security men in implementation of foreign agendas."
The ministry said the houses of the accused or deal with them, "would put himself under penalty of perjury," and promised to reward those who, regardless of who all wanted their pictures and their names published.
And recorded the most confrontations in the Middle Awamiya Qatif area, while the Interior Ministry accused Iran without mention by name of inciting violence, and called for protesters to "determine their allegiance either to the Kingdom and either of the State and its authority."
A spokesman for the Saudi Interior Ministry Major General Mansour al-Turki said last month that the events that led to the deaths of four people and wounded nine, including a woman, a limited location or two in the province of Qatif.
On the other side accuses the Shiite sect, Saudi authorities to exercise their right to marginalization in administrative, military, especially in the ranks.
