Now couples who can fail to start their marriages in divorce proceedings over the Internet according to a new system on the way to "do-it-yourself" has been proposed as part of the reorganization of family justice.
This new method called "Divorce Information Center" provides evidence of how the gradual dissolution of marriage, including the care and arrangements for the children. The idea is all about encouraging couples to behave themselves and the transfer of disputes over children and money out of the courts.
Under this method contained in the report of the British government, the courts should be used only as a last resort to settle disputes with encouraging divorcing couples to use mediation first and return to the center of the new information. These plans are part of a comprehensive report on the Justice family which also includes proposals to reduce unfair delays in cases involving children, which now takes more than a year. There is a major proposal to be for a specified maximum for the delay is six months to shorten the long delays and unacceptable that take 61 weeks in the care issues considered by the courts.
If the cases exceeded the specified time the judges have to provide reasons for the judge and the district's main publicly announces.
