A new study finds that children can at the age of 15 months to distinguish between right and wrong. According to British newspaper Daily Mail, the researchers at the University of Washington found that the distinction between what is right and wrong skill found in children even at the age of 15 months.
The scientists observed that children age mentioned able to demonstrate a good understanding of what is just and unjust, they were able to distinguish between equitable distribution and not just for food, for example.
There were also a relationship between the sensitivity of the children's behavior and justtheir willingness to share with others their favorite toy.
The researcher responsible for the study, Jessica Somerville, said, "Our study shows that these standards of justice and altruism are gaining more quickly than we thought."
She added that the study also showed a relationship between justice and altruism in children, for example, those who are more sensitive to justice in the distribution of food, they are more likely to share with others their favorite toy.
